• If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will, at your option, either waive professional fees or accept a portion of those fees that reflects your level of satisfaction within 90(ninety) days.
• Warranty and service work performed by entities other than us will void warranty.
• We are not liable for any loss of data or damage done to equipment under any circumstances.
• Data transfer is not covered and shall be at the expense and risk of customer.
• We will exchange or issue credit on products for a period of thirty days from original invoice date. Merchandise must be returned in new condition with original packaging, documentation, software, and invoice.
• All returns and exchanges are subject to technical evaluation and twenty percent restocking fee. Exchange or credit will be issued only upon receipt and evaluation of product.
• Warranty is invalid on products with damage caused by negligence or hardware modification without prior notification.
• Warranty does not cover any incompatibilities due to changes in the user's computer, hardware, software, or any other related system configurations.
• Any item brought in for warranty service that is found to be malfunctioning due to improper customer set-up or changes made by an entity other than us is subject to a service fee.
• Manufacturers' warranties may exceed our warranty; check included product documentation or contact manufacturer for additional service information.
• If products are found to be incompatible or defective, the customer must return them to their respective manufacturer or authorized service centre.
• Due to software copyright laws, unfortunately we can't accept any returns on open software products.
• All software and special order items are not subject to the above warrants and guarantees.
• This warranty and all of its stipulations are non-transferable, subject to change and valid to the original purchaser.
